Return Policy

Village Bake Shop will refund any purchase made within 14 days excluding exceptions.
Customers must provide a receipt and the original product in order to receive a refund.

For online orders, return shipping may be provided by Village Bake Shop depending on the circumstances. To request a return, please contact us. Products that are damaged during shipping can either be refunded or replaced at the customer’s discretion.

Sale items will be refunded for their purchased value, regardless of current sale status.

Exceptions:

• Any product including Meat, Cheese or frozen products that have passed their expiry date as written on the label
• Frozen or refrigerated products that have not been properly stored.
• Clearance items

Shipping

Village Bake Shop and villagebakeshop.ca strive to provide the best shipping options at the lowest cost. Our shipping is calculated automatically based on the products ordered and the distance travelled. If you feel we have made an error in shipping charges, please contact us here.

Our shipping is currently handled by UPS or ICS Courier. 

We now ship only products found in the “Grocery” section of the site to the USA and Canada!
